The hotel is conveniently located near excellent public transport options, allowing easy access to Nantes city center in about 25 minutes. there’s a fantastic mall nearby that features a lovely grocery store.

Clean hotel, and the staff were very friendly, location was perfect to Nantes city centre in about 25mn. Location: the venue was very close to the outskirts of Nantes, entertainment park and mall with numerous restaurants, a movie theater, and a huge grocery store...

The rooms here are really spacious and comfortable, featuring twin beds and a kitchen, plus there's an ironing board available. Breakfast offers a good selection of tasty options. 😊.

Excellent welcome-we had studio apartment -it had everything one could want (except tea towel) -well fitted out -very spacious -in excellent decor -spotless -we would certainly stay there again .-There is city tram at the doorstep so city centre was accessable for e1.50. These were the last 2 nites of 16 in France and we stayed there initially for Airport convenience but we got a gem .

did not have internet wireless in the room -had to go into lobby on corridor to get it -a small inconvenience.

Recommend moving from modem for internet access to WiFi. More attention needed to equipping kitchen for effective use. ie chopping boards, cutting knives, utensils, tea pot etc

I loved the spotlessly clean and affordable king studio with a kitchenette, I could easily spend the whole day here.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the bathroom, the fact that internet was provided for free, and that it was quiet. Also, the location next to shops and the tram line was good.

It would have been very useful to get information about services available, check-out times, how to connect the internet, etc, that applied directly about the hotel, rather than the generic information for all hotels in the group. The placing of some things in the room (2-room apartment) was odd - like having the toilet on the other side of the apartment to the bathroom. Also, the couch was not facing the TV. The staff were generally good, but not much information was provided.

A great find at at amazing price. Rooms were spotlessly clean. The tram line (every 20 minutes to Nantes) was a short walk just across the road. Car parking is free. There is the option of breakfast but there is a small kitchen in every studio complete with cooker, microwave and fridge if you want to self cater. Very helpful reception staff available 24/7.

Difficult to find, even with Sat Nav !

The location of this fantastic hotel is very convenient, just a short taxi ride from the airport. It is also near a large shopping and entertainment park, tram line, major shopping complex, and great restaurants.

Very conveniently situated for shopping, general city access and particularly for attending concerts at the Zenith Metropole Stadium. Excellent tram service adjacent. Very easy, comfortable facility. Very welcoming and efficient staff.

I stayed here with my child and everything was well-maintained, plus we had a separate bedroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely decor of the hotel's common areas. The furniture was elegant and the colors were warm and inviting. It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. , the hotel's accessibility for seniors was excellent. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate the hotel with my knee issues. The staff was also very helpful in assisting me whenever I needed it.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more frequent linen changes. The rhythm of changing the bathroom linen was too spaced out, and I wasn't sure if I could ask for new towels before the next scheduled change.

The location was easily accessible, near main routes and just a few steps away from a tram stop. It only took us a 20-minute tram ride to reach the centre of Nantes. We also appreciated the proximity to shopping options, including supermarkets, a cinema, and fast food outlets. Despite being in a commercial area, the hotel was situated beside a small lake with plenty of surrounding trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. we found this hotel to be an excellent option for visiting Nantes.
